Introducing the compact and versatile Cantek S432 43″ Shared Motor Two Head Wide Belt Sander. The first head features a rubber contact drum the second head comes equipped with a combination sanding unit capable of performing both calibration and final sanding. The user friendly digital motorized thickness adjustment allows for fast and accurate table adjustment for precisely sanded panels. This S432 epitomizes performance in an entry-level package.

 

  • Accurate digital thickness control with both Inch & Metric settings allows the operator to key in the desired thickness, and the table will automatically move into position. (Settings to 0.005” or 0.1mm)
  • The first head features a rubber contact drum with an 8" diameter, ideal for initial coarse sanding and material removal
  • The second head a combination sanding unit with 4" rubber contact drum and 1.8" wide adjustable sanding platen for a wide range of sanding applications from material calibration to final sanding.
  • Compact design requires a small footprint, ideal for smaller shops with limited floor space

 

 

  • A shared 25HP sanding motor performs stock removal and material calibration with ease.
  • Reinforced rubber conveyor belt provides superior grip and optimal accuracy.
  • Electronic belt tracking for optimum belt life and sanding results.
  • Four table elevation jack screws
  • Ammeter for load monitoring to ensure the proper amount of material is removed according to the selected grit.
  • Disc brake on the main motor allows for faster belt changes.
  • Pneumatic belt tensioning with quick-release outboard support to facilitate fast belt changes.
  • Numerous machine and operator safety features including material over height safety bar, interlocks on all access doors, pressure sensors, safety bump bar, over track limit switches and more.
