The SCM Minimax FS 41ES is a heavy-duty, professional-grade jointer/planer combination machine, designed to deliver high-performance results in demanding environments. With either a 4.8 HP, single-phase (230V) or a powerful 8 HP, 3-phase motor (220V), it features an advanced Tersa cutterhead, which allows for rapid and effortless knife changes while ensuring a consistently smooth and precise finish. The self-locking, disposable Tersa knives automatically position themselves for optimal cutting performance, minimizing downtime and maintenance. The FS 41ES offers a 16” (410mm) working width and an 87” (2200mm) jointer table length, making it ideal for large-scale, precise woodworking projects. Equipped with cast iron tables, a tilting fence (0°-45°), and a digital-mechanical readout for planer height adjustments, it ensures smooth, accurate performance. Featuring adjustable feed speeds of 23 & 46 fpm, this machine guarantees high-quality results for both jointing and thicknessing, meeting the needs of professional craftsmen and woodworking shops.
