Omal Peanut Insertion

The Omal HBD 1300 Peanut Insert is numerically controlled and equipped with a Peanut Insert.

For true pendulum processing, equipped with 4 zones, the lateral reference are drop-down to allow the operator to process up to 102" parts thanks to its open frame. Equipped with the Parametric laser, auto-start, auto area-selection, and OMAL Sure Shot revolver to provide you with the most efficient and quality-performance insertion machine on the market.

HBD 1300 PT: 1 HZ Drill, 1 Axis, Laser, Auto Start ($5,000 Installation)

HBD 1300 PTD: 2 HZ Drills, 8x35mm Dowel, 2 Axis, Laser, Auto Start ($7,000 Installation)

HBD 1300 PTR: 2 HZ Drills, 8x35mm Dowel, Vert Router, 3 Axis, Pneumatic Fence, Laser, Auto Start ($7,000 Installation)
