Instructions for using the Pre-Glued Multi Groove Dowel Pins
- Spray water into the boring and insert the pin. Do NOT dip or soak the pins. The amount of water necessary will depend upon the type of material you are joining.
- Particle/MDF core users should use just enough water to moisten the boring, while hardwood/plywood users should use more.
- Those that are automatically inserting should remove all residual glue from the delivery system and reduce the pot pressure and/or delivery time. If the automatic inserter has trouble achieving proper delivery, try reducing the orifice size.
