A silicone-free lubricant for woodworking machines equipped with an automatic feed or manual bed lubrication systems. WAXILIT 22-74 is recommended for particularly resinous wood. WAXILIT guarantees, a good lubricating effect, good sliding effect, outstanding corrosion protection with no left behind residue and helps prevent blockages of pumps, lines or nozzles.
WAXILIT, the original machine table lubricant, sets the industry standard against which all others are measured. Classified as non-hazardous for DOT shipping, making it cost-effective to transport without hazmat fees.

No substances regarded as toxic or carcinogenic according to the Regulations concerning Dangerous Substances are used in the production of WAXILIT 22-74.
After classification of the substance specific parameters WAXILIT 22-74 is easily biodegradeable to over 70%. This evaluation is done according to method OECD* 301F. This is the best value a chemico-technical product can achieve.
Properties:
WAXILIT 22-74 is a silicon-free lubricant for woodworking machines with an automatic feeder. This lubricant also ensure a good lubricant effect. No blockage of pumps, pipes or nozzles.
Application:
Pour WAXILIT 22-74 into the storage tank of the lubricant pump. The lubricant can also be used with a hand spray-gun (preferably metal).
Meter the lubricant quantity according to the type of wood; Soft Woods = Less Lubricant, Hard Woods = More Lubricant.
WAXILIT 22-74 does not leave spots. There have been no reports of trouble during subsequent staining, varnishing or gluing.
